Design and manufacture

Our South Africa Factory, situated in Pretoria is geared to the manufacture of various configurations of vehicles. 

The assembly plant currently runs 15 production lines which includes Mobile Clinics, Ambulance, Bus and Mini Bus, Police vehicles and specific variations, Dog handling and transport, Mortuary and Medical Waste vehicles as well as small Fire Tenders and Emergency Medical Rescue vehicles. 

The increasing demand for specialty vehicles has put us in the forefront of being able to assist with the design and construction of your requirements. 

Although vehicles for use in South Africa form part of the total number manufactured, exported units to Angola, Guinea Bissau, Nigeria, Kenya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, France and Zambia are having an increasing influence due to assured quality control, engineering expertise and cost.

Bus construction from  Basic to Luxury design are mounted on chassis from suppliers of Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Nissan as well as client selected models.  All models can be configured for Private, Government or Military use and adhere to the highest quality assurance standards.

In addition to Road vehicles we have the ability to manufacture Aluminum Water craft for Ambulance and rescue work on rivers and lakes.

Enquiries have been received from countries such as The Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia and Mozambique. 

These are specifically constructed boats designed for use in inaccessible parts of countries where road infrastructure does not exist.

Vehicle selection in Left and Right hand drive versions include all major suppliers, Land Rover, Nissan, Toyota, Mercedes Benz, Iveco, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Jeep and Isuzu.

All our products are SABS approved and Homologated in terms of the South African Road Traffic Act.
